Zhel Guiral

          Ms. Zhel Guiral, also known as Ate Zhel, is a widely known cosplayer born in Davao. It wasn't really easy to match her time with me but I got to find time to interview her as a cosplayer. Here are few questions that I have asked her and the answers she has given me during our interview.










Q.) What was your first cosplay and when was it?
A.) Kagura Sohma (fruits basket) 2007 ata yun XD


Q.)Who introduced you to the world of cosplay?
A.)My friend back in college encouraged me to joing her do cosplay and I really had fun doing          it so, it eventually became my hobby and passion.

Q.)How did you feel when you had your first cosplay?

A.)Embarrassing at first ..but I did enjoy it ^^

Q.)How do you feel now as a cosplayer widely known around the world of cosplayers?

A.)I sometimes feel overwhelmed and happy that people get to appreciate my cosplays~ but then again I don't think too much about it because  I'm pretty much ordinary without my costume and the like

Q.)How much do you plan to cosplay? like any time period

A.)I haven't thought of a time period for now sine I believe that cosplay doesn't really pick an age. I may stop cosplay for now and probabaly come back a few months or years after..It depends ^^

Q.)Do you love cosplay? If yes how much? If no how come?

A.)Yes~ of course~ i wouldn't do this if i didn't. I love it as much as I love my hobby in painting or drawing.

Q.)Could you define cosplay in your own words

A.)Cosplay is a time wherein you can show your capabilities as an artist. It is not only an expression of oneself but an impression(overall effect of something) of you as a person. Cosplay is a time wherein you can set yourself free if done with true intent and passion.

Wilonah Chan

Ms. Wilonah Chan, also known as Ate Wii or Ms. Chan from Anime Sky is one of the famous cosplayers around. She has started cosplaying since April 2011, in the Ozine Fest which was held in SM Megamall. Her first cosplay was Misaki Ayuzawa from a hit anime "Kaichou Wa Maid Sama". She had passion for her cosplays so as a cosplayer now, she would do whatever it takes to show the other cosplayers as well that she could manage and be an excellent and pro looking cosplayer. She does whatever it takes to do her best to show others that she is a cosplayer. She is not afraid to show everyone who she really is and she loves to DJ in an organization called "Anime Sky". It may be a small organization but it is an organization full of happiness and we are not only a group but a family. Anime Sky is glad to have someone active and very passionate, a person who would like to share her stories, a person who loves to cosplay and a person who loves to be a part of the family. Ms. Wilonah Chan continues to show her effort and her creativity by cosplaying characters she could relate to. Ms. Wilonah! We, Anime Sky are here to support you and we are here to help you in your needs! Keep up the good work and don't forget to share your fun stories! We will watch you as you rise from your present until your future.

              Sir Jemille Mendoza, also known as Kuya Jam from Anime Sky is one of the best photographers widely known among us. He may say his unexperienced and have a hard time in taking pictures, I say his pictures are excellent and is a professional. He has the passion to take pictures using his lens as his guide. He took various pictures of various cosplayers as well. His pictures are really astounding and excellent as you see the ones above. 


          I interviewed Sir Jam myself. I have asked him "What do you think of yourself as a photographer?" and without a doubt his answer was like a pro, "Hmm... I just want others to see what am I seeing... in my own perspective".


          I have interviewed others regarding sir Jemille. I have asked the others saying "What do you think about Sir Jemille Mendoza as a photographer?" The answers were astounding; 

Shan De Guzman = "Ok heres the thing I want to say to sir jem is he is a good photographer and good editor xD thats all bow"

Argie Rosalejos = "He's a very good photographer, studied about film photography and backed by love for art...he's one of the best photographer in the cosplay community"

Alexandroff Velasquez = "Sir jam is a talented professional photographer and as one of his fans i am expecting more cooler works ^^ he is 100% astig"

Wilonah Chan ="He's exceptional and has an exquisite style".

JD Bohol = "One word. Amazing"

In one word, everyone is proud of Sir Jemille and his works from his amazing photoshoots. He is an amazing photographer.

          Sir Hiraya Lopez, or also known as Raya is one of the photographers well known among the cosplayers in Anime Sky. He has his camera ready on his hand to take a snap when the moment of cosplayers flash in his sight. He may be young yet talented and see's in a perspective wherein a real photographer should see.

          I had an interview regarding him as a photographer himself. The question I threw to him was, "What do you think of yourself as a photographer?" He had an answer of an expert. He answered, "I'm an artist who expresses themselves photographs. Visions. Pictures. I create them because i want to make something. Something that will make the people like.. "WOW"." The answer has a very big impact for a photographer of his age.

          As usual, I had interviewed some people regarding Sir Raya as a photographer.

Jemille Mendoza = "An eager beiber.. i mean eager beaver... he has the eye on taking good shots. he's on the right track.."

Alexandroff Velasquez = " He is a young talented photographer so far so good he has lot's of sample shots and i can say na he also has enough talents to be a cool photographer"

Vesty Piedad = " Malaking potential, pogi, manly, may sense of humor~ pede pede"

        This June 4, 2011 I have traveled for  2.5 hours and finally have arrived at Trinoma. I was dressed as Hatsune Miku default version a character from Vocaloid. 
         
         I thought I was going to be the only vocaloid but I have seen my fellow vocaloid friends. Well, at first they were strangers but then they became great friends. I have joined in a new group of family.

THE BOMB AND THE PILOT

3 people were on a plane. 

One said to the pilot, “I have a glass bottle. What do I do with it?” 

The pilot told him to throw it out the window. 

The second one asked the same question and the pilot also told him to throw it out the window. The third one asked the pilot, “I have a bomb. What do I do with it?” 

The pilot told him to throw it out the window. When they landed they met a man crying. 

When asked why he was crying, he replied, “Because I got hit in the head with a glass bottle. 

They met a woman who was crying for the same reason. 

Then the met a man laughing. 

They asked him why he was laughing and he replied, “Because I walked by a building and farted. Then the building blew up.

A Sons Bad Dream

A man goes into his son’s room to wish him goodnight. His son is having a nightmare - the man wakes him and asks his son if he is OK? The son replies he is scared because he dreamt that Auntie Susie had died. The father assures the son that Auntie Susie is fine and sends him to bed.

The next day, Auntie Susie dies.

One week later, the man again goes into his son’s room to wish him goodnight. His son is having another nightmare - the man again wakes his son. The son this time says that he had dreamt that granddaddy had died. The father assures the son that granddaddy is fine and sends him to bed.

The next day, granddaddy dies.

One week later, the man again goes into his son’s room to wish him goodnight. His son is having another nightmare - the man again wakes his son. The son this time says that he had dreamt that daddy had died. The father assures the son that he is OK and sends the boy to bed.

The man goes to bed but cannot sleep because he is so terrified. The next day, the man is scared for his life- he is sure he is going to die. After dressing he drives very cautiously to work fearful of a collision. He doesn’t eat lunch because he is scared of food poisoning. He avoids everyone for he is sure he will somehow be killed. He jumps at every noise, starts at every movement and hides under his desk.

Upon walking in his front door, he finds his wife. “Good God Dear” he proclaims, “I’ve just had the worst day of my entire life!

She responds, “You think your day was bad, the milkman dropped dead on the doorstep this morning.”

Are you depressed?

Depression is a feeling wherein you feel like its the end of everything.
Depression is something that can pull down someones self.
Depression is the emotion that can come easily attached to a human.
Depression is not good for our health so....


If you are depressed take a bite of the sweet chocolate...

Turn your lips upside down and form a smile :)
Then let us change this world of depression into a world of happiness.


Happiness is a feeling wherein you feel like you can do anything.
Happiness is something that can pull you up.
Happiness is the emotion that could be shared among everyone
Happiness is good for our health
